Affiliate Manager Needed
Matt’s Models is growing (again) and looking for the right people to be part of our team.
We’ve been doing this shit since 1997! Matt’s Models is one of the pioneers in adult websites and we’ve had a great time doing it.
We’re looking to expand our presence into new niches and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new affiliates to grow the Affiliate Program
- Oversee and analyze all affiliates accounts / performance.
- Work with Affiliates to determine their needs to add new features / tools for affiliate partners
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the Affiliate Program
Key Skills/Experience:
- An in-depth knowledge of Adult Affiliate Programs
- Min 3 years experience as an Affiliate or Affiliate Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- Mathematically minded
- A solid understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reports and stats
